The proposed scheme is a new build development of 232 apartments with in three steel framed buildings; of 8, 9 and 12 storeys.
All three blocks are linked through a central hub across the site at ground level. The scheme also includes 75 car parking spaces in a semi-basement beneath two of the blocks and the courtyard area.
Eng Consulting Group were appointed by the consultant to undertake all RC detailing of cast in situ elements Pile Caps, Ground Beams, Retaining Wall and Core bases for all the Three Blocks.
