This scheme includes  two towers the first of over 16 Storeys and the second of 12 Storeys, linked together with  RC basement and podium level at ground floor linking the two towers.

Refurbishment of BLACK FAIRAS pub along with Hybrid RC & Precast concrete single storey pavilion building

 

EngConsulting Pvt Ltd was appointed by the consultant to undertake RC detailing of all the Sub Structure and Super Structure RC elements. Approx. 185 A1 size drawings were produced along with detailed bending schedules.
